I've done 1400 foot not a lot of them around here any higher.
Oh I've done the nap thing plenty of times after 10 hours building a site a guy gets tired ha ha ha
I tried to do the proper form, the other day and ended up with pretty bad back pain for a couple days and that was lifting light, I was actually doing my second warm up with 135.
Thanks guys, I guess it's a lot like my photography business, you never stop learning and not everyone does it the same way, I'm just the type of guy who wants it to be right or die trying.
Ok I'll give the tips a shot on my next bench, not sure how well Ill be able to do the feet so far back under me, my lower lumbar is fused together with titanium rods so not much movement there.
