I have not updated that I am now 155lbs I was 190lb pretty fat though, lost weight on waist, can't see abs though and I feel too skinny.

I am pretty skinny after this cut but can't see abs, does this mean I need more muscle mass and start bulking again.. then cut again

what was your diet like?
That diet is terrible, get some nuts eggs, fruit and veg. just an example. oats in milk or water 4 eggs chicken rice veg chicken rice veg 50g nuts fruit whey, or eggs.

I like doing triceps with legs, also I train at home and no access to pull ups or pulldown equipment, that's why i have added rows.
Does my 3 day ppl routine look ok, starting a new bulk. chest shoulders flat bench x4 incline db press x4 db flys x10 front press x4 upright rows x3
