for your weight, I dont think that would be enough food..

Breakfast -2 to 3 eggs fried in butter or olive oil, 3 slices of bacon (nitrate free)
Snack - deviled egg or hard boiled egg, 1oz...

my suggestion is when you are done with that PP find something with less carbs..

IMO I think the key to success with any low carb plan is the quality of the carbs..

imo if you are going to eat that may carbs, they should be from more healthy places..
why not use a few tablespoons of heavy whipping cream with cold water.. (makes for a thicker yummier shake...

Which atkins are you doing??? im just curious cause I happen to be very knowledged on the atkins diet (have been eating low carb about 3yrs)
