Not an expert in this area but I would assume that yes, the flu would result in a loss of muscle but I wouldn't think it would be hard to get it back. Just mho though.

Just wanted to drop my thoughts on m1t. I'm on my second week, useing it while cutting. The main thing is I'm having almost opposite reactions that most people speak of. Some examples:
