Really any flavor could be good or bad depending on how its flavored, but I like when my pre wo isn't too strongly flavored and not too tart. Lemonade, Lemon lime, grape, maybe orange all sound good...

As far as sleeping goes, when do you take your second dose? Maybe you need to move your second dose up in the day so that the hormonal fluctuations don't happen so late, keeping you up
