    I reckon my maintenance is around 2300 / 2400 cals. Totally sedentary job. So -20% on rest days is about 2000 and +30/+40% is around 3000 cals.

    More of a 'recomp' than a straight bulk.

    Got a smith machine? Load it up with weight and set the bar low, low enough to get your feet under. Then set up a bosu ball on the floor and dig your knees in... lower yourself down then back up......
