I always take the weekends off. I need to let my body recover. When I keep going I can't do as much and I start to get sick. My body really responds to a few days off and then I can go back on monday...

go to mediterrasian.com they have an awesome collection of healthy recipes and I have made a lot of them and they are goooooood. Most can be substituted with fish, shrimp, beef or chicken.
