Got a question, I am only on my 2nd week of the program. In my heavy day work out, I only did 6 out of 9 on the shoulder press. How should I proceed for the medium workout?
I am starting a bulking diet. My daily calorie maintenance is 2250 + 500 for bulk up that equals to 2750. My question is, do i still eat 2750 on non-workout days or just the daily calorie maintenance...
The reason I asked is because I read somewhere that the best repetition for muscle hypertrophy is 8-12 reps. But what you said totally makes sense so ill stick to SS for a while. Thanks
