    Genetics is a huge thing. Some people are jacked without lifting, others have to invest years. Since you can't change them, though, I wouldn't worry about it; it's a waste of time

    I think too that you probably will have to eat more calories. I recommend not being afraid of a bit more fat. That way, it's easier to get the calories in.

    As faithbrah said, you not gaining weight is due to not eating enough calories. The protein most likely isn't the issue.

    There is actually only one parameter that determines if you gain or lose...
