Just started lifting consistently ~5 months ago and along with some occasional lifting my chest seems to stand out. Also my quads are naturally large.

Did you have a growth spurt and then it stop? that's pretty normal I think if it's 1-2 years of rapid growth and then having it stop, likely not from lifting
