train your squat harder. you dont need a set program until you squat 400lb
looks pretty good. key things on front squat; elbows and chest up, do not sit back like a back squat, go straight down, force knees out. keep it up
if you wnat to sit back more and look after your knee go for a flat shoe, the reebok powerlifting shoe is a great chocie.
i mean training 5 hours of hard training is better than 10 hours of average training.
what comp are you prepping for? no offense but you dont look anywhere near 4 weeks out, youre too fat tbh
youre not over training. but youre not going to get stronger doing 1 hour of cardio 6x a week. also, quality > quantity
Yes its very possible. Train hard, eat well, youll get there. dunno how much width ive gained, i never measured, but this is a pic of my shoulders and ive been lifting 6 years....
No, you just dont have a lot of muscle on you. When you can shoulder press 250 fo reps your upper body and shoulders will be much much bigger.

why a couple months? whats your diet like? you should work your legs twice, you should also squat and deadlift.
