I take a holistic approach to lifting. So powerlifting isn’t the goal but a necessary step to gain bigger muscles. That means borderline powerlifting on compound lifts and on isolation train...
If supercompensation is thinking too hard then forget progressive overload too? Would you prefer if I made another theoretical thread about some chick I’d smash that I’ve never met??
