I've seen best results from flat DB press. Try to add weight and progress, put a challenge weight to reach. I could barely do 70lb DBs but slowly increased to 95 lb (8reps) and 100 lb (5 reps).

Although you can do lost of exercise of this machine but its so ugly that I would be depressed each time enter a room looking at this piece of deformed art :D
I contacted the Powertec and apparently the 2013 Multi Press can also be used for shoulder press but they have not included it in the list of exercises on there site.
