Yeah that's right, I tried doing ass-to-grass squats and I was able to do 205 for 5
I'm 83 kg. (178-182 lbs.) and I'm gonna have my FIRST Raw Powerlifting Competition (yes, it was last minute) in exactly one month.
I can bench 205 for 5, deadlift 225 for 5, and i'm not even sure...
