In terms of the best breakdown I would opt for the MyoFusion. I love the Vanilla MyoFusion, but to be honest have never tried Syntha 6 or MM as the added carbs and fats have always turned me away.

I wouldn't mix the two. The Casein based protein should be enough on its own prior to bed. Save the IntraPro for post workout by itself or as Zach suggested combining the two post workout.

I usually dont drop my carbs below 100grams per day, even during contest prep. Also, at your current size, I would probably recommend bulking up a bit as well, prior to cutting.
