I mix

1c oats
1c milk
1.5 scoops of trutein/protean/whatever i have

and let it sit in the fridge overnight, then top it with PB + granola or other crunchy things in the AM

lately i've been mixing pb2 with cocoa powder, splenda and almondmilk to a more liquid consistency and using it to top ice cream/sludge. i also think it works great in sludge to add pb flavor.....
