    Groin/Adductor injury not healing

    anyone had this before?

    Haven't been able to squat for a month, went to doctor to see if its a hernia - negative.

    I get the pain on the inside upper part of my left quad, basically only feel it...

    can you do leg presses with your back problems? leg press and light front squats seems like a pretty good substitute for heavier back squats
