Good idea, but I don't have the height. I am going to have a bench sitting out from my closet (the only place I have room) and there is a support beam above it.
Based on the nutrition facts it would seem that Special K is better. Could someone explain why Oats would still be better (I am sure oats is better, but what makes it better?)?
I'm curious, why are oats so much better than special k? Special K has more fiber & more protein with less sugar than oats. (Comparing to quaker old fashion oats)
I'm 5 8ish 165 pounds 18% BF trying to lower the BF. I can usually only workout at night, which kind of hinders my post workout meal (since I go to bed soon after). Please offer advice on my diet....
