Well on the 5/3/1 main lifts part yes, but many people modify it to what their goals are. I'll admit it does get boring but its prob the best program for strength gains.
yes, i think that is a great choice to go with the mcc then. i personally find there are more benefits of the mcc over mono aside from size and strength gains.
imo i think the bloating from creatine mono has been thrown out of proportion the wrong way.... BUT i have seen less bloating with mcc. I would advise you start with creatine mono too how it goes and...
to make sure you are getting the 3.2g a day I would just go with bulk and supplement it within yourself. You can add at another time throughout the day when taking WF aslo .
