Hi i do Bodybuilding since 2 years. Now after my Diet i started Bulking.

My diet was a typically anabolic diet with a refeed every saturday.
I started at 2500-3000 kcal. I didnt count them. At the end of my diet i eat around 2000 kcal.

Since my diet i have a Push/Pull...

My waist go down from 34.5 to 30 inches =)

I did no cardio because i was afraid of losing some...
