    Why would I do higher reps on calves and abs? (EDIT; Just read up on slow twitch muscle fibers. Guess I'll up the reps!)

    As far as I know there should be no risk for overtraining when doing 2 day splits. And also, why would you do 2-3 ab exercises? THAT is overkill. Also, I'm not sure if you noticed my personal changes...
