Ok so i've stayed the same weight for like 3weeks now and i'm struggling to lose more weight. How do i overcome the plateau? I've been eating 1800+cals daily and weigh 150lbs

well i've seen pics of people who are in competitions and weigh like 140lbs with %7 body fat and it looks pretty good imo

So about a month ago i was doing chest dips and i heard this cracked in my ribs i couldn't do ANY more chest dips after that and my pushup count also went down to about 5 it's been awhile now and...

you have misread the title. The thing i want to do is lose weight not gain weight and btw i am 16 i just put random date on registration

well i do aswell but the thing is i only have them for awhile and like i said they tend to deflate and need work again i just do p90x though just to get them to show

mb it was 2000cals some days i won't eat as much and will only get around 1500cals though

these are not %100 accurate though they maybe 20g off

calories - 2000

protein - 220g
carbs - 135g
fats - 52g

well i don't think it's anything to do with that because it seems they deflate although i do get the lines after doing p90x ab ripper x i want to build them even more but im not sure which exercises...

Meal 1 - 3 Weetabix + 2scoops protein shakes

Meal 2 -2 chicken breasts + 1 1/2 cup brown...

I've been exercising alot since last June and i only lose around 1lb per month and my diet is fine i do admit i have the odd snack every now and then but it's only like every 3days
