Tuesday 12.30.14 day #2. Cardio only day today. Diet is spot on. Legs tomorrow!
Started the Labrada lean body 12 week challenge today. Diet wasn't great because I ate a little extra late night. Need to stop with the late night feedings!
Did 20 minutes if mass machine cardio tonight on my life fitness bike. Good ride, tomorrow mass machine Legs and ab workout!
Did shoulders and traps this morning. Good workout, have to do 20 mins of M.M./max-ot cardio later this afternoon. EATING 2350 CALORIES.

Good cardio session today. For this upcoming week going to eat 2300 calories as I want to lean up a little bit. I eat 6 meals plus a pre and post workout shake.
