You are better off not eating them back, unless you are out there running full and half marathons.. Srsly, just eat at whatever calories your at and don't count your exercise.

I'm getting ready to workout. I usually drink my BCAA's during my workout. I am new to creatine, as in literally just bought today. Can I throw a scoop into my BCAA drink?
Love them!! Ok, question, do they have a non stim pre workout? I get jittery and anxious when I have tried stimulants in the past. To the point where I had a crappy workout ( too shaky).
