squats raise from 50-85 kg
deads from 50-92.5 kg
bench press from 60-72.5 kg
rows from 40-55 kg.

according to the HST routine this is how i started. I did 1x10 squats and 2x10 deads and so on. But now it's 2x5 squats and 3x5 deads. 3x a week. Too much?
