current pre workout and amino is purple wraath and white flood. I think its killing my guts as I shiit like a river flows through it after I take these. anyone else take these and have that problem...
goals - acquire as much strength as possible with a minimal body fat gain.

Im good man. Busy with work these days. Not logging up here yet, only on paper right now. Bout to switch up to a different program, 5x5s are starting to get boring.

Its your program, do what you want. I prefer standing ohp since its a core lift.
