Probably not (but you can try), as to have a six pack you have to have muscle to reveal. You have very little muscle, so I would lose a bit more weight then bulk and lift heavy compounds.

2 reasons: 1) Your are higher than 13% bf 2) 3 inches taller weighs quite a bit just on it own
