Use the neck harness to work all four sides, or just front and back and do side to side without the harness if it gets in the way.

My biggest problem is where to hold the weight if working out at home?
I guess a dip belt makes the most sense b/c just holding a dumbell in one hand is tough, I can only hold on to so much weight...

I went as far as completely dropping barbell curls, I do the above along with incline dumbell curls, hits my biceps way way harder

Ok something has got to be wrong, I just started doing bridges and I can already touch my nose with no problems. They are WAY too easy, the only muscles that ends up sore are my legs.... am I doing...
I don't like shakes, I don't see how others like them... they are super-low in carbs and calories so you still have to add in a bunch of solid food anyway.

No I don't buy it, you should still squat but I don't buy the fact that your arms won't grow unless you squat and your lower body is in proportion.

Lower your caloric intake.... I know you hear about people on these boards taking in 5000 calories and whatnot but that ain't always the case. I can bulk on 3000
Get some b12 shots & see if that helps, sounds like it's not just a workout thing but in general you are feeling like crap all day
