well i only get it when i go heavy on the fly machine's basically right after i do my last rep for the first 2 sets....that's probably due to extreme work out....but if i do it light...it dosent hurt...
i personally walk to the gym...but sometimes if i want a quick warm up i run there...which takes about 1 min to run...lol....i live practically beside my gym...just gotta cross the traffic lights.
well i workout mon-thurs and fri,sat and sun are rest days...
