I used H & B when i first started out, nothing wrong with it, except you can get better quality for cheaper prices, go for a better brand, check around on ebay, i have seen ON whey recently.
I see people with hats all the time, I think its the most stupid thing, like wearing Jeans, which i did today cuz i forgot to bring shorts/jogging bottoms.
Sounds a bit like tennis elbow, I get pain sometimes on Tricep day. Just make sure ur stretching ur arms correctly, resting properly, warming up, look for some strectches for ur forearms - May help....
Ive seen some pretty stupid things...One was a women who got pulled back on the treadmill and fell off in a big heap on the floor in front of a whole room of cardio goers.
4-5 Weeks aint alot of time. Won't be able to get anything to noticable in your 4-5 weeks, maybe with a bit of creatine 'water gaining' may help if your allready defined but nothing special.
At the moment iam doing one body part a week, though Iam starting to work on my left arm twice a week as its the smaller and weaker side with a noticable size...
