What does each one work?

Is it a good idea to change assistance exercises every couple of weeks as well as ME exercises?

Like the title says. I cant do skullkrushers because I have a bad left elbow....Cant do glute/ham raises yet because im too weak in the hams...

Whats the ideal or average weight to add to your lifts each week?

Just got a PowerTec power rack. I was wondering if the bar holders are supposed to be like this? They dont fit that tight and the bar always rolls to the stopper....

Same thing I was thinking. Maybe thats why its so cheap. Even if the max weight capacity is only like 600lbs, thats more than enough for me. I just wish I could talk to someone who owns one.

I contacted efficient fitness. The rack is made of 14 gauge steel. What do you think?

Hey DD, Im loving this rack right here. Awsome price to match. And its 49" wide correct? It seems perfect. But, what gauge steel is it? 12 maybe? If so, I imagine it will support up to 600lbs-800lbs...
