That's you, when i squat I tear the muscle down to nothing, I squat untill i can't even squat one plate, theres no need to squat 3 times a week, twice yes i can see but 3 times?

Theres no way your body can recover from squatting 3 days a week, I squat once a week and I feel sore for up to 3-4 days AFTER my squat day. Your body grows in the kitchen not the gym you don't need...
