once i was doin flat dumbell bench at my gym right - and i cant remember how much weight i had in my hands but i think it was just a warm up set or something

i think ya chest is the most laggin part - shoulders look good - n traps are a bit behind id say - but other then that lookin good
if u cant get to a decline bench (my gym has one - but i never use it cos im too tall for it - and its so awkward to bench on) jus do dips - lean forward slightly to hit the lower chest - and its so...
definitly more mass needed - but those cuts in ya arms look crazy

are u a begginer to lifting?.... if so den i wouldn;t go and buy all that stuff at once
go buy the whey definitly - but remember these are just supplements - best to have a propa diet and eat...
u must have a "holland and barret" by u - i get mine from there - jus their own brand - its cheap and ive seen gains from using it
if u get em on their sales u can get em at like half price
amino tabs are pretty cheap considering how long they last and how many u get in the tub
i think i paid like 10 pounds for my tub - which had 200 tabs in there
yeh i agree they are a bit big to...
get a long bar - a bench that u can adjust from flat to incline - a curl bar - and a load of weights
shouldnt cost that much
back is lookin strong... ur triceps have come out well considering 3 months training...
shoulders and chest need work - but good progress - keep hittin those weights!
for ur age and only training 2 months u look like ur on the right track.... jus keep liftin hard n eatin loads... ur triceps are kinda laggin behind ur biceps ... everything else seems in proportion
