Same here although I use a super cent. Straps down I feel the suit shifting and my head about to pop from the pressure

Yeah. Destroys my hips even though as you say it's fairly flexible, my Wahlander is way stiffer but doesn't affect my hips at all and neither did my old 13mm inzer

Fourth time pulling in the suit, 100% of my raw max here, any advice, tips etc appreciated

That's an ordinary lever belt, not the same at all. SS belts are also awful quality and aren't even made of real leather.
