if you don't have any problem with high amounts of proteins so take protein shakes after your workouts/morning.

Right now i am willing to bulk,i am kissing the 80kg right now on 7~8% bodyfat,my goal is 85kg,10% bf...
i am not gaining many fat during my bulking season so its seems like a realistic goal :)
