That's funny that yall mentioned it because the same happened to me. I was a couple of weeks late for my period so I took a test but it came out negative. Took another one a week later. Bam. Positive.

Have an arm day. I usually do saturdays for arms. It equates to a heavy lift day for my bi's/tris. Chest and back days = light bi/tri days.

Incline Benchpress is the primary one. Guessing you don't do it? Or does your upper chest just lag?
And also basically any exercise where you are pushing the weight above the neckline.

Very little improvement for 2.5 months... I'd say you're not eating enough yet you've put on almost ten pounds.. hmm
