    That's only if you're doing the Three Month Challenge where you BBB sets go from 50 to 60 to 70% each month. If you are not doing that and just doing BBB as it is...go all out on your top set.

    doing 20 reps does not promote anything expect muscle edurance, you won't get big(which you don't want to get) and you won't get strong.

    BTW...you can get a 'gnarly' 1RM without having to get...

    I use my iso work to strength my main lifts. SO it's usually something light and with about 30 sec rest between sets just to get it done.
