I have two boys 2 and 4 and I can not imagine 4 girls :)....but its worth it.
I go to the gym, but honestly you can buy simple dumb bells and body weight for exercise.
Love it that we have lots of parents that are active.

I just tried steel cuts oats ..they are great, but how did you cook them? I did boil water then add 1cup oats to 3 water, then let simmer for 20-30 min
This seems to be a reasonable compromise, now if i could just get them to eat vegetables..
