    Sprinting

    Running heart rates

    The more you run, the lower your heart rate becomes, and the "fitter" you are, the quicker it recovers is normal rate.

    Easier to tell with endurance runners though as they develop huge hearts...

    Caber toss, similar to over head throw but ball is propelled forward and upwards from a squat position. Can be done against a high wall in the absence of a partner.
