    I've got an idea for a cardio session that may or may not be beneficial.

    The general idea was that I would run 2 miles (at around 70-80% max heart rate) and then walk another 25 minutes or so.

    I voted good. I'd say you're around 11-13% body fat. Your looking pretty proportional, but your chest is obviously more developed than the rest of your body. You're in great shape imo.
