Yeah well i was just basing it off of that..my baddd! lol but anyway i was just wondering how to cut up and lose the rest of this fat n "bloating". Its hard to really show from pictures

i dont know... when i measure myself with BF calipers it reads between 4 and 6% maybe its wrong..i dont know..im just going by what the measurement says

i broke my raidus n ulna 4 years ago n by breakin them again on the same arm in a different place i found out that they never healed corectly to begin with (****ty foreign...

so i broke my forearm in half on saturday. doc says im gunna be in a cast up to my shoulder for the next 4-8 weeks. with the possibility of surgery in the near future.
what can i do to prevent alot...
