I have been PTing at my gym for a while now and am starting to build some clientelle outside of the gym (more money ofc).
But living in England it can be hard to convince pple to workout...

Been hearing/reading about 'Intermittent Fasting' a lot recently.. So decided to give
it a proper go as an experiment! Anyone interested in doing IF or losing weight then

My bro had his muscle milk taken at customs and had to pay some stupid fee to get it. But that was when using the quick delivery.

I used to use the slower delivery and it was fine.
