hey rippedup, don't forget we have GNC, twinlabs & universal whey as well, in addition to a bunch of australian based whey products.
we also used to have optimum whey months ago.
19 servings and 908g, this means it has ~48g/serv. So this is not pure creatine monohydrate powder, it has the sugars like in celltech.
either get another one if u like it, or mix pure creatine...
MetRx APM60 has 60g protein & 7g carbs. it's so thick btw

u can't compare these directly, one is just protein, which obviously is not enough by itself, and one is a complete weight gainer.

My Bulking postworkout shake:
20g EAS Precision whey isolate
30g MetRx APM 60 (1/2 a serving)
60g Maltodextrin
5g Creatine

german creatine is the best, look at their soccer team they're in the world cup final because of it !!!
i never had a problem with optimum using a shaker
creatine should give you some extra reps after loading, so if it hasn't your unlucky to be among the 30%... don't think it's worth to try another brand.
i wouldn't use RTDs, always find 5 minutes to make your shake
great results, i agree too that big companies wouldn't cheat on their lables. still i won't buy nitrotech.

start with 1g per lb of bodyweight, then increase till u get up to 1.5g and see if u notice a difference.
