At your height/weight I'd get an XL. It's likely to shrink a little in the wash so large is definitely too small for you.

Like I said, it goes up to XXX-L. Judging by your stats though, you'll probably rock something a little bigger than what I do, so go for XL.

The waist is tapered, so it's tighter.

Fit can be a bit tight after a wash. I normally wear a large in mossimo and wear a large in this, but it's definitely a tighter fit. If you want looser, size up.
