Yeah I can't imagine someone getting that lean from where I was at in three months and then gaining 50lbs in another 4-5 months and still having abs by doing it naturally :P
I started back on it in March, so a month after I got back in the gym. Part of it was muscle memory, but even before I never passed 210, so now it's all new gains from here
Thanks, the goal is to gain another 20-25lbs by the end of February before I cut for my competition, really trying not to get the bf% any higher than it is now though...
In May I cut down to about 1200 calories a day as I was cutting for a photo shoot later in the month. I did the shoot at 175lbs. After it my daily calorie intake has been 4000-7000.
