Hey we start spring football next week and this weekend im going to the store to get some food to keep me in good shape the next 2 weeks we go pretty hard in spring...so im wondering what my diet...
I wont go through each exercise but
we do about 4-5 exercise a day. 3 sets declining from 10 to 8 to 6 and then we do the starting weight do another ten and take of 10 pounds and do one more...
Ive bin working out hard really hard especially for the past 4 months for football...nd tomorow im going to a kegger...im debating wether i could smoke a cigarete or two or have a beer..like wat...
in Ct its 16 to smoke and 18 to buy...if ur smoking one they wont ask ur age.. i dnt smoke anymore but i used to when i was younger like 14-15 and no1 ever questioned me...drinking isnt allowed for...
ha im supose to be in school now..but since i had my least fav 2 classes first im goin late to miss them..but school not stupid cuz we need it..its just a huge pain in the ass

i keep tellin him i dnt think its safe to take both at the same time but he wont listen cuz i relly dnt have ne...
