What's your diet here exactly? The only place I see that may have benefited this far from your bulk is your legs. Make some tweaks and by January you should have a better platform to cut from.
Diet is a lot of what you're okay with eating all the time. If these foods work for you, that is a great mealplan in my opinion, except for maybe #5. Beef jerky?
Man, I've been let down by every store in my area for anything hardcore fitness related. Online is still the best to go for now unless you're in a major city.
