bodybuilding is for building and showing off muscles, how does that make you a *** if you try as hard as you can and wear something that makes you look even better?
So literally the only way to do it is by getting bigger. I'm up for that. But still, any good sites for cool t-shirt designs..?

yeh I only take their advice which works for me and them.. Sorry can I just clear this up. Is it true you have to be out of the gym in under 1 hour (maybe 1 hr 30 mins)? Because of bad hormones..

yeh, I think I might start doing that soon! I listen to both Ian and hodgetwins, Ian for more nutritional information but hodgetwins to see what works for them, workout routines and a good laugh :)...
