well yeah i dropped to 145 last year and my stomach was flat and didnt look flabby at all. i know bulking is a sacrifice but is well worth it. my question was if im getting too fat during bulking.
the problem is my stomach is like flabby, atleast if im gaining weight i want it to be more solid. im trying to work on it but dont really know how to.
what should i do? im 167lb, 5'10.
i feel like im getting too fat during my bulk, what are your guys opinion? also, when would you guys say i keep bulking til? feb, march?
