I have only been doing chest once a week and idk if am overtraining or what but If I dont do this I feel like I didn't hit chest good so my work out is like this

Quick question for most of you guys I see you guys do only 3 sets of 8-10 reps now are those 3 sets with the same weigh or different?

You might wanna go heavier..that's how I feel when I work out chest and don't and don't try to do a set with more weight that what am use to
